Yoga Therapy offers a gentle, evidence-informed approach to supporting nervous system regulation, body awareness and emotional wellbeing.

Our Yoga Therapy approach can complement EMDR treatment by helping clients develop:

  • Improved emotional regulation

  • Grounding skills

  • Self-compassion

  • Stress recovery practices

Restorative Yoga Groups

Small group restorative yoga sessions allow clients to continue their healing journey and join a community of people dedicated to cultivating a kinder relationship with themselves. 

Restorative yoga sessions focus on mind-body connection, mindful self-compassion practices and gentle grounding physical postures. No previous yoga experience needed.
