EMDR Intensives offer an alternative to traditional weekly or fortnightly therapy.
Instead of working within regular 50-minute sessions, intensive therapy provides a block of dedicated therapeutic time that allows deeper processing of targeted issues.
Our psychologists have undertaken additional EMDR Intensive training with EMDR Consultant and Intensive Therapy trainer Tracy Lynch (Tracy Lynch Therapy).

An EMDR Intensive involves:

6 Hours of EMDR Therapy split over 1, 2 or 3 days

Pre work questionnaires to support tailored treatment planning

Program workbook to support your therapy journey

Deposit of $310 to secure your intensive booking (non-refundable)

Total cost of intensive (including deposit) $1,860

Medicare rebates are available with a valid Mental Health Care Plan
Cancellations:
If you need to cancel or change your booking for an EMDR intensive we require at least 7 calendar days notice. The fee is non-refundable if you do not attend your booked service as planned, without notice or when less than seven days of notice is given for the cancellation.
